IDEATOMICS
Atomic ideas.
IDEATOMICS is a structure of creation and artistic production that generates creative ideas to be applied to diverse fields such as art, design, social action, ecology, gender matters, science, economy, consumption or communication.
IDEATOMICS is an initiative of the artist Saioa Olmo, who depending on the characteristics of each concrete project finds partners and the necessary resources to carry it on.
IDEATOMICS makes projects in own initiative, collaborates in projects promoted by other agents as well as it works with someone else’s premises.
How would IDEATOMICS be defined:
- Ideatomics is expansive. Just the same as a nuclear bomb, it searches for getting the greater possible influence scope for each objective. It is a basic particle piece for spreading.
- Ideatomics is cross-curricular and highly connectable. It gathers knowledge areas and it is associated with specialized agents in certain fields.
- Ideatomics is micro and is macro. It acts in small scale but is extensible to a bigger or higher proportion.
- Ideatomics is versatile, it is formed by many and very diverse ways. From a design laboratory to a communication campaign of spreading of scientific works, an economic interpretations exhibition, a specific project for a retailers’ association, a book about identity in the Basque Country or a playful event for a concrete celebration.
- Ideatomics is easily identifiable, the change and the eclecticism are its signs of identity; creativity its flag.
- Ideatomics creates wealth for the own structure and for those who surround it. It also creates positive energy on the ideological, the creative and the economic field.
- Ideatomics is qualitative and quantitative. It is not enough just to produce inputs but its result is qualitatively and quantitatively measured.
- Ideatomics, such as an ecosystem, is sustainable. It assigns and it obtains the necessary resources for each of its projects.
- Ideatomics already existed, exists and will exist, because ideas are throughout, but have not been structured this way before.
